Vaia offers you a wide range of templates for your notes. Maybe you don´t always know how you´d like to create your notes. The templates can help to simplify this process.
How can I select a note template? (Web App)
- Go to your Library. (second icon in the left navigation bar)
- Now you can select the set where you would like to create a note.
- Then click on the tab "Notes".
- Select one of 6 different templates.
- Then click on the desired template to open it.
- After opening the template, you can fill in the template according to your wishes. You can find all the editing options in the top bar.
- Once you are done editing your template, the note will be saved automatically when you close it.
How can I select a note template? (Mobile App)
- Go to your Library. (second icon from the left)
- Now you can select the set where you would like to create a note.
- Then click on the tab "Notes".
- Select one of 6 different templates.
- Then click on the desired template to open it.
- After opening the template, you can fill in the template according to your wishes. All the editing options will open once you click on the pencil icon.
- Once you are done editing your template, you can quit the editing mode by clicking on "Done".
- When you exit, the note will be saved automatically.

With this template, you have all the information about your course at a glance.
Outline Summary
This template helps you have a good structure for your summary.
Semester planner
With the semester planner, you can create your timetable for the semester or your shool.
Vocabulary list
With this template, you can create a vocabulary list for your subject and therefore memorize the newly learned vocabulary better.
Weekly planner
In this template, you can write down all your appointments and tasks for the upcoming week and schedule your week.
